Your booking is with the provider you booked with, such as Booking.com, GetYourGuide or Klook. They can change, cancel or refund it, and help on the day. You’ll find their contact details in your booking confirmation.

We read every report and fix what we can, but we don’t reply individually, so there’s no need to leave your email.
